There are moments that change your life forever. For me, such a moment was the evening when, tired and stressed after 12 hours of work, I attended my first CardioFit Step class. It was love at first\u2026 step! <\/p>\n

After years of work burnout, processed foods, cigarettes and too much coffee, I began to suffer from asthma, gastritis, anxiety and panic attacks at the age of 27. On medical advice, I sought out cardio activity to strengthen my cardiorespiratory system. By pure chance, I joined the first CardioFit Step class and my life changed forever. <\/p>\n

On that step, I was able to let go of all the stress of the day. The accumulated tension was released through the joy and exhaustion of the workout. I felt renewed. I realized that this activity was exactly what I needed. <\/p>\n

I was fortunate to meet an exceptional teacher who, with dedication and passion, made me fully understand the power of the CardioFit Step.
