Can i take a free trial class?

Of course you can! Both subscription plans offer a 3-day free trial, after which you can automatically decide whether to confirm or cancel your membership. You will also receive a 30-minute bonus workout when you sign up for the newsletter.

Franci fitness membership includes unlimited access to all classes on the platform, monthly live classes and exclusive community content.

Your membership is automatically renewed, but you can cancel at any time.

You can cancel your membership by logging into your personal area and going to the subscription section. You will still have access to franci fitness for the entire period you have already paid for.

Visa and mastercard credit/debit cards, prepaid cards or paypal.

To request an invoice, enter the company name to which you would like the invoice to be issued during checkout. We will contact you via email for further details.

You can upgrade to an annual subscription by deactivating your monthly subscription and subscribing to the annual subscription plan from your personal account page.

What is franci fitness?

Franci fitness is an online platform of step cardio workouts created by francesca labemano. The goal is to make cardio circuits fun and effective, using the step and other basic equipment essential to increase the effectiveness of each workout. CardioFit PRO is a total body aerobic training method that increases muscular endurance, tones, helps lose weight and improves cardiovascular efficiency.

To work out on franci fitness, you will need:

  • Weights from 1 to 3 kg, depending on your level of training
  • Plastic stepping platform measuring 69.5 x 29.5 x 11.5 cm
  • Set of elastic bands of different strengths
  • Adjustable ankle straps from 0.5 kg to 2 kg with removable levers
  • Fitness mat

CardioFit PRO workouts are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and body types. You don’t need to have stepping experience to work out: each choreography is explained in a way that is accessible to everyone.

Each week you will receive the new weekly training plan directly by email. You can also find it on the website on the WORKOUT page.

Yes, you can! We recommend that you choose the BASIC LEVEL cardio circuits and the LEGS + UPPER BODY BASIC LEVEL toning circuits. Remember, however, to always consult your gynecologist before starting any exercise program.
