First of all, thank you for being here. You have already taken a big step towards yourself and I know it is not always easy. We often ignore the signals our bodies are sending us. There is always something more important or urgent than taking care of ourselves.
It takes courage to put yourself first, especially as a woman. I understand you well because I too neglected myself for many years to the point of becoming physically ill. When I realized I had hit rock bottom, I looked inside and found the one thing I needed to really change my life: myself.
I want to be clear on this point because it is critical to each of us on our journey of change.
There are moments that change your life forever. For me, such a moment was the evening when, tired and stressed after 12 hours of work, I attended my first CardioFit Step class. It was love at first… step!
After years of work burnout, processed foods, cigarettes and too much coffee, I began to suffer from asthma, gastritis, anxiety and panic attacks at the age of 27. On medical advice, I sought out cardio activity to strengthen my cardiorespiratory system. By pure chance, I joined the first CardioFit Step class and my life changed forever.
On that step, I was able to let go of all the stress of the day. The accumulated tension was released through the joy and exhaustion of the workout. I felt renewed. I realized that this activity was exactly what I needed.
I was fortunate to meet an exceptional teacher who, with dedication and passion, made me fully understand the power of the CardioFit Step. This path was a rebirth that allowed me to look inside my soul, and learn to love and respect myself deeply.
Over the years, I have developed a unique method to make cardio workouts fun, effective and suitable for all fitness levels.
